Dr. Pupkova* is a bariatric and general surgeon with over 20 years of general and laparoscopic surgical experience. She serves as a bariatric surgeon at Barix Clinics in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Pupkova received her MD degree from Pavlov State Medical University of St. Petersburg, Russia. She received her surgical residency training at the University of Colorado, Denver, and St. Barnabas Medical Center, NJ. Dr. Pupkova went on to finish a fellowship in Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery at Stony Brook State University Medical Center, NY.

Prior to working with patients at Barix Clinics in Pennsylvania, Dr. Pupkova was in busy private practice as a bariatric surgeon with Morristown Memorial, St. Clare's, Jersey City and Mountainside Hospitals in Northeastern New Jersey.

Dr. Pupkova is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  She is also a member of American Society for Bariatric Surgery and Society of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
